Senior System Engineer

Salary: $93,000 - 133,000 per year Requirements:

• We engage stakeholders to uncover and define their needs.
• We translate stakeholder input into software and AI system specifications.
• We evaluate and integrate external tools into operational software.
• We manage requirements end to end, including creation, decomposition, traceability, flow-down, verification tracking, and compliance matrices.
• We develop and execute test procedures to verify and validate system requirements, and we produce formal test documentation.
• We support the development, integration, and validation of software and AI-enabled capabilities by working with cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle.
• We participate in program milestone activities, including customer meetings, government test events, and discrepancy report review boards.
• We may travel minimally, approximately once per quarter.
