We are currently seeking driven, customer-focused Sales & Design Consultants to join our dynamic team. Tuition reimbursement program up to $1,000 annually for professional development. What You'll Do Greet and engage clients throughout our showroom and via phone, chat, and email. Understand each client’s style, needs, and budget to create customized design solutions. Provide product recommendations and thoughtful spatial planning. Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through referrals, social media, and networking. Set and achieve monthly sales goals with support from leadership and ongoing training. Accurately enter and manage sales orders and ensure payment deposits are secured. Stay informed and inspired through regular product training and showroom updates. Deliver an elevated customer experience that reflects our world‑class reputation. Qualifications Required: 1–3 years of B2C sales or customer engagement experience. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Proven ability to work in a goal‑oriented environment. Ability to prospect for new clients. Comfortable using platforms like email, social media, and basic CRM tools. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or design. Experience in home furnishings or interior design.
