Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee

To support customers during automobile accidents, the fully remote Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee will investigate claims, evaluate coverage, assess liability and damages, and negotiate resolutions while developing foundational skills in decision-making and customer service. Key responsibilities Handles basic investigations regarding coverage, liability, and damages for auto claims Identifies and addresses customer needs using appropriate customer service skills Applies a basic understanding of company systems and technology relevant to claims processing Required qualifications Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of insurance policies and industry practices Proactive and organized approach to managing claims Willingness to learn and develop negotiation skills
