Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Practice: Dominion Family Healthcare

Schedule: Flexible (3 to 5 days per week); MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Dominion Family Healthcare is expanding! This is an outstanding opportunity to join our well-established private practice and lead our new behavioral health service line. You will work alongside four board-certified primary care physicians, two family nurse practitioners, and a tenured support staff in a collaborative, integrated care environment.

• Patient Focus: See a manageable volume with 3045 minute new patient evaluations and 2030 minute follow-ups.
• Work-Life Balance: No weekends or late evenings; standard 85 business hours with a dedicated lunch hour.

We are seeking a compassionate PMHNP to provide outpatient psychiatric services to a mid-age population (1860) . Your primary focus will be the diagnosis and medication management of:

• Anxiety & Depression
• ADHD
• Mood Disorders and related behavioral health conditions

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas State License
• Experience or strong interest in an integrated primary care setting
• Must love building long-term relationships with patients and possess excellent clinical bedside manner
