We’re on the lookout for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team and work with one of our top clients in the Harrisburg area! If you love working outdoors, operating cranes, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment (NOT forklifts), and being part of a team that gets the job done, this is the role for you.

Starting Wage: $20/hr - every 6 months you will be evaluated to see how skilled you are on the 4 different pieces of equipment. A $1 increase is provided for each type of equipment you are skilled at.

Working Hours: 6am to 5pm Mon – Friday with possible Saturday morning hours. Saturdays are typically voluntary.

This position is a full time temp to perm opportunity and not temporary!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating cranes, excavators, backhoes, loaders, and other horizontal heavy equipment
• Safely moving materials, assisting with site prep, excavation, and construction tasks
• Performing daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment
• Following safety protocols—because safety always comes first
• Collaborating with a hardworking team to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating cranes, excavators, loaders, or similar heavy equipment
• Knowledge of construction site operations, material handling, and equipment safety
• Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions
• Roll-off truck experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
