What we offer: Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Competitive compensation and benefits Retention bonus The opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and provide high-quality, patient-centered care Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses Build a rapport with the patient and explain condition and course of action effectively through written and oral communication Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines Promote preventive care and health maintenance including annual physicals, positive health behaviors and self-care through both formal and individual education and counseling Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses Perform quality control and maintain a high standard in relation to infection control mechanisms for patient safety Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for patients Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
