Location - Hybrid- local to Chicago, IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a strong personality, be able to handle stress, and be willing to advocate for the team
• Proven experience as a Sr Project Manager, preferably in the aviation industry or a comparable domain with large-scale in-house applications.
• Experience leading and coordinating software development projects
• Proficiency with PM tools (preferably Azure DevOps or JIRA) for managing project tasks, fragmentation, and consistency.
• Ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams, maintaining open communication and coordination.
• Tolerance for a highly dynamic environment, where priorities can shift rapidly, and adaptability is key to success.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects in a stressful and high-pressure environment.
• Strong leadership skills and willingness to take ownership and accountability for team success.

Preferred Traits:

• Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
