We Are Hiring Location: Murfreesboro, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Department: Med Surg Schedule: Full-Time | Days What You Will Do Staff Leadership & Development: Direct and supervise nursing associates, managing recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development. Clinical & Operational Oversight: Manage daily nursing department operations to ensure patient access needs are met and high-quality clinical objectives are achieved. Strategic Delegation & Monitoring: Assign clinical duties based on individual staff competencies and monitor daily workflows to maintain high operational standards and job proficiency. Quality Assurance & Collaboration: Partner with leadership to keep department processes up to date, while actively participating in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required . American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.
