This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing patient care per shift, as well as supervising staff to whom care is delegated. The nurse will collaborate with leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct clinical care to adult psychiatric patients according to unit standards and care plans.Supervise and support staff to whom care is delegated.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, professional nursing standards, and state regulations.Serve as a role model and advocate for professional nursing practice.Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Qualifications:Required: Graduate of a state-approved or accredited school of nursing.Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN).Active RN license in Massachusetts.BLS/CPR certification.Entry-level to experienced nurses welcome.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a psychiatric care setting.Additional Notes:Sign-on bonus may be available based on eligibility.No visa sponsorship provided.
