Radiologic Technologist Imaging Full Time Nights Sign On Bonus Eligible

The salary range for this position is $30.00 – $43.50 per hour. Sign‑on bonus available: $8,000. Responsibilities Maintain accountability for patient safety throughout the imaging process, including screening, preparation, monitoring, and post‑procedure care. Produce diagnostic‑quality images using approved protocols and professional standards. Apply professional judgment within approved protocols to optimize image quality and address imaging challenges. Review images prior to exam completion and initiate corrective action when diagnostic adequacy is not met. Administer contrast in accordance with policy, including screening for contraindications and patient monitoring (as applicable). Operate imaging equipment and maintain imaging room readiness. Identify equipment performance issues and initiate follow‑up through established service processes. Coordinate exam flow and prioritize time‑sensitive studies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record and image archive system, including exam set‑up, image routing, result availability and charging accuracy. Adhere to organizational values, ethical standards, and compliance requirements. Consistently uphold all applicable quality and safety standards within diagnostic imaging, such as radiation safety, MRI safety, infection prevention measures and safe practices (as applicable to the role) to protect self, patients, visitors and team members. Ensure a positive patient experience throughout care delivery. Support department initiatives to improve relationships, reliability, efficiency, and growth. Support additional responsibilities aligned with patient care and departmental needs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiography (R) credential. Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) accreditation. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
