Server Assistant - Ocean Grill Restaurant (Miami Beach) The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining graceful movement on the restaurant floor, and demonstrate proactive service and anticipation of guest needs. Prior experience in a fine dining establishment is highly desired. This is a non‑management, full‑time position. Essential Job Functions Set the tables according to standards. Polish glasses and silverware. Prepare side station. Ensure tables are clean, with no crumbs or dirt on the floor. Keep sugar caddies and salt/pepper shakers on the tables. Assist the server with guests, always using guest names and making eye contact. Reset dirty tables quickly. Restock all areas (silverware, napkins, glassware, and linens). Minimum Education and Work Experience : High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least two years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
