Pay: From $9.00 per hour

Job description:

The Server is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers and consistently providing friendly, efficient, and responsive customer services that result in exceptional guest satisfaction. Please note that availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, serve, and acknowledge guests in a friendly and polite manner.
• Be prepared to review features or to answer any questions regarding features.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to upsell items to guests.
• Ensure menu items are accurate and presentable.
• Clear tables after guests have left.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Restaurant serving experience would be an asset.
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently recognize and resolve issues and concerns.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
