Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic
Fort Pierre, South Dakota
$27-$40/hour | Monday-Friday | No Weekends
We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Duty Truck Technician to join a solid crew in Fort Pierre, South Dakota.
This is a clean, well-equipped shop where mechanics do real repair work — diagnostics, engines, drivetrains, transmissions — not endless PMs and tire work. If you’re a skilled tech who can troubleshoot and fix trucks the right way, this is a strong long-term opportunity.
Pay & Schedule
- $27-$40/hour based on experience + benefits
- Monday-Friday
- Day shift
- No nights
- No weekends
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks
- Engine repairs and troubleshooting
- Transmission and clutch work
- Drivetrain and rear end repairs
- Suspension and electrical diagnostics
- Work on multiple makes and models
What They’re Looking For
- 2+ years of diesel mechanic or heavy truck repair experience
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently
- CDL is a plus, not required
