Clerk - Office 197 Day/Receptionist - Bilingual

Duty Days: 197 Days

Qualifications:

College hours, high school diploma or GED

Professional, friendly, polite demeanor

Handle confidential information

Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficient typing, word processing, and file maintenance skills

Primary Purpose:

Serve as initial contact with patrons, parents, and others through telephone communications.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle all telephone communication.

• Sort and distribute incoming mail.

• Place long distance calls for faculty.

• Assist office staff as needed.

• Take messages.

• Screen calls.

• Take calls for homework and distribute to teachers.

Equipment Used:

Personal computer, typewriter, printer, copier, and fax machine.

Working Conditions:

Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions.
