Position: Financial Analyst
Pay Rate:
$24.43/hour on W-2, paid weekly

Location: 9000 Southside Blvd., Building 200, Jacksonville, FL

Schedule: Hybrid minimum 3 days onsite per week

Assignment: October 1, 2026 April 30, 2027



Position Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented Financial Analysts to join the Wealth Management Tax Operations team. This team supports critical tax-related functions, including IRS and state regulatory reporting, withholding payments, and cost basis updates for wealth management investment and retirement accounts.

The Financial Data and Reporting Operations Representative will support tax operations for international and retirement accounts by processing requests, reviewing exception reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring tax forms and related information are completed accurately and within strict regulatory deadlines.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with data and multiple systems, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Process requests received through electronic task queues, team email inboxes, and exception reports .
  • Review and validate financial and tax-related information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support IRS and regulatory tax reporting for international and retirement accounts.
  • Ensure tax forms and related information are processed accurately and within established regulatory deadlines.
  • Monitor and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and complex requests using sound judgment and available resources.
  • Navigate and work across multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Maintain and update procedures and supporting documentation as needed.
  • Participate in annual tax form testing and production validation .
  • Assist with quality-control activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs), business KPIs, and strict deadlines .
  • Work independently to research issues, identify appropriate solutions, and follow requests through to completion.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and business partners through email, phone, and other channels.
  • Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office , particularly Microsoft Excel .
  • Ability to navigate and manage multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously .
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and attention to detail .
  • Proven ability to take ownership of assignments and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex situations independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling time-sensitive and business-critical tasks.
  • Professional and dependable approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred.
  • Previous financial services, banking, tax operations, data reporting, or business operations experience is a plus.
