Strong Compensation Package Excellent Benefits Career Growth Job Details Responsibilities As an Electrical Superintendent, your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing all electrical installations, ensuring they meet the project specifications and comply with all relevant codes and regulations. Developing and managing schedules for the electrical team, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget. Leading and coordinating the electrical team, providing guidance and support to ensure high quality work. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained and identifying any potential issues or risks. Coordinating with other superintendents and project managers to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across teams. Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard. Providing regular progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders. Ensuring all electrical equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored. Participating in project planning and contributing to the development of electrical designs and plans. Qualifications To be considered for the role of Electrical Superintendent, candidates must have: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the electrical construction industry. Proven experience in team leadership, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate a team, ensuring high quality work and adherence to schedules. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
