WHAT YOU'LL DO Act as the central force of the salon, overseeing operations and providing the necessary leadership tools for success. Inspire your staff to grow their clientele and the overall business while maintaining a focus on profitability. Lead by example while delivering all hair care services offered by Supercuts, ensuring the utmost quality for each client. Mentor and support salon employees, fostering a positive and encouraging work environment. Handle recruitment, training, and conflict resolution with professionalism to enhance team dynamics and customer satisfaction. WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS Your leadership qualities shine through; you are customer-focused and tackle challenges with poise. You know how to elevate others by exemplifying the best practices in training, team development, and fostering a positive workplace, all while keeping an eye on business outcomes. A current cosmetology or barber license as required by applicable state/provincial regulations. You are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Proficiency with technology and performing administrative tasks is essential, including closing out daily systems. Basic reading, writing, and math skills are necessary. Your availability for travel to essential meetings and training sessions, including overnight arrangements, is required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Good eyesight is essential for assessing guests' hair needs, including close vision and color discernment. Enjoy an active role; the position involves standing, lifting, and reaching. Comfort with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments is necessary. Compensation includes above-minimum hourly pay and/or commission based on experience. Full-time employees working 32 to 40 hours per week are eligible for benefits.
