Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our clinic while providing exceptional, one-on-one patient care. Your Impact

As Clinic Director, you will be responsible for both the operational success of the clinic and delivery of high-quality patient care . You'll lead your team, drive performance, and build strong relationships with patients and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Clinic Operations

• Lead, mentor, and develop all clinic staff (PTs, OTs, PTAs, technicians, and front office team)
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where employees feel supported and empowered
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality care
• Monitor clinic performance and achieve established clinical and operational goals
• Partner with leadership by providing regular performance updates
• Manage staffing schedules based on patient volume and clinic needs
• Ensure the clinic meets standards for compliance, safety, and overall appearance

Growth & Relationship Building

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive clinic growth
• Support and participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts
• Cultivate strong relationships with patients to enhance their overall experience

Clinical Responsibilities

In addition to leadership duties, you will maintain an active caseload:

• Perform initial evaluations in accordance with APTA standards
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Establish and track short- and long-term patient goals
• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one, evidence-based treatments
• Monitor progress and communicate updates with referring providers
• Create and document home exercise programs
• Manage patient discharge planning
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with reimbursement guidelines
• Stay current with best practices through continuing education

• Licensed Physical Therapist with strong clinical skills
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
