Massage Therapist Spavia Littleton is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists. Spavia Littleton offers therapists consistent bookings and strong income potential. Full schedules, great tips, and a loyal guest base = up to $75K+/year at just 30 hours/week. Most services are advanced or extended treatments, meaning higher pay and better gratuities. Avg pay per 60-min massage: $55-$65 (includes gratuity) Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80-100 min treatments Steady schedule with loyal guests & monthly members W-2 position: We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage Transparent Pay Structure: based on experience Signature/Relaxation Massage: 60 min - $52-$62 (incl. gratuity) Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone: 60 min - $57-$67 (incl. gratuity) Extended Modalities: 80-100 min - $65-$80 (incl. gratuity) Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 per treatment Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (90% scheduled) earn $70K-$75K+ annually Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses Schedule & Benefits Full-time or part-time 10-minute turnover between services Average shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages Benefits may include: 401K Retirement Plan (6 months service required) Health, Dental and Vision Benefits (28 hours or more) Earned sick time (up to 40 hours) per calendar year $500 Employee Referral Bonus Discounts on treatments, products, and gift cards Complementary treatments for your birthday & Spavia anniversary Paid training and meetings Continuing education opportunities and career advancement Why Therapists Love Spavia Busy book: Steady bookings keep your income strong.
