Responsibilities As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors across Hudson Yards. You’ll create warm, memorable experiences by greeting people, offering assistance, and connecting them to everything our neighborhood has to offer—from events and dining to transportation and services. You'll be stationed in key areas like lobbies, plazas, or near shops, helping people navigate the property, making recommendations, and building meaningful relationships.
