You need to have a property/casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one and we will pay for a successful license completion. You will them learn about our products and systems as you assimilate into the office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
