This role will play a vital part in optimizing operations, ensuring efficient product distribution, and minimizing operational costs. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and procurement departments to ensure a seamless flow of goods throughout the supply chain. Use advanced analytical methods to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks, and propose innovative solutions. Implement and maintain supply chain management systems and technologies to enhance visibility and control over processes. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, monitor performance, and generate accurate forecasts. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance supply chain performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Must be a licensed engineer. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in supply chain optimization, process improvement, and project management. Proficiency with supply chain management software and technologies. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
