Senior Apparel Designer | Product Designer (Women’s Activewear-Golf & Tennis)

Job Summary As our Apparel Designer II , you'll report directly to the Women's Golf & Tennis Design Director , working with design leadership and our Expert Designer to actively gain experience, enhance design skills, and increase knowledge of the brand's design philosophy, products, and processes. You'll also collaborate with category team members in design, development, business, and merchandising to ensure feasibility of designs, meeting price points, merchandising needs, and product creation timelines. Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or a related design field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in apparel/fashion design. Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture. Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends across sport, youth, and culture, with the ability to translate insights into product opportunities. Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and compelling visual storytelling in presentations and communications. Adaptability to change and ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Proficiency in sketching, illustration, typography, print and pattern, color theory, and layout. Knowledge of apparel product creation. Digital design skills in Adobe CC Suite and familiarity with 3D Digital Creation Tools (e.g., CLO) . Ability to embrace diverse perspectives while fostering an inclusive environment. Passion for empowering athletes and bringing their visions to life. Responsibilities As an Apparel Designer you will deliver outstanding design skills to create original, innovative designs that align with the brand's design philosophies and industry leadership. Through consumer and athlete insights, you will identify key trends that translate into meaningful performance products, shaping the future of golf apparel. You'll need a distinct ability to respond to business objectives with creative design solutions rooted in consumer insights. Your role will involve bringing seasonal creative direction to life through apparel design while considering performance, innovation, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft, sport culture, and performance, while honoring the brand's legacy and future impact. What You'll Work On As an Apparel Designer in Women's Golf , you'll design innovative apparel products under the guidance of design management, utilizing your skills to create original designs that reflect the brand's philosophy. You'll effectively communicate and present concepts within the Women's Tennis organization. You'll oversee prototype development, collaborating with teams in development, pattern making, materials, lab testing, and sampling to exchange ideas and ensure timely project completion.
