Job Overview  

Concierge Express Services (CES) is hiring a Dealer Account Executive to grow our dealer network nationwide by enrolling HVAC and home improvement contractors in the CES Consumer Financing Program. You'll prospect and onboard contractors onto the program, giving them a back-office finance department that puts consumer financing options in front of every customer, so more jobs get sold. 

This is a high-volume outbound role: calling and pitching contractors, then seeing each signed dealer through onboarding. If you love picking up the phone, thrive on winning new business, and want a real path to earning more as you prove yourself, this is built for you. 

This role has real upward mobility. As you build new revenue for CES, there's a clear path to Sales Manager, where you'll continue building new business yourself while also taking on oversight of our Account Management team, not a vague someday, a step tied directly to the business you bring in. 

 

Responsibilities  

• Conduct outbound prospecting and warm calling to generate new dealer relationships 
• Pitch CES's financing programs to home improvement contractors and close new dealers 
• Own each new dealer relationship from first contact through onboarding, not just to signature 
• Maintain accurate, current pipeline records in CRM 
• Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns that build brand awareness with contractors 
• Work a consistent weekly pipeline discipline rather than only chasing the warmest leads 
• Represent CES's full program suite, including full-service White Glove financing, the self-service IDAP portal, and Know Before You Go credit pre-screening 

Experience  

• 1–2 years of outbound or B2B sales experience 
• Proven track record of self-generated new business, not just working leads handed to you 
• Comfort with CRM software for pipeline and account tracking 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus 
• HVAC or contractor-financing industry experience is a genuine plus, a differentiator between otherwise-close candidates, not a requirement 
• Reliable transportation required; our office is in the 33626 zip code 

Compensation & Growth  

• Target first-year earnings (OTE) of $75,000–$95,000, with strong performers earning more as their dealer base grows.
• • $19.25–$24.00 per hour base ($40,000–$50,000 per year), 40-hour work week Monday-Friday 
  • Plus a bonus for each new dealer you onboard, plus ongoing commission on the deals your dealer’s fund 
• Clear path to Sales Manager, continuing your own new-business work while also gaining oversight of our Account Management team, as your results justify the expanded role
