• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail
• Prepare and assemble products according to company standards and recipes
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment at all times
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak business periods
• Assist with various cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed to support team operations
• Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs regularly throughout your shift
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and company regulations
• Remain calm, professional, and resilient when managing multiple tasks and customer requests simultaneously

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, positive, and approachable attitude
• Strong ability to follow directions, adhere to company procedures, and maintain organizational standards
• Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling, order processing, and transaction management
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Team player mentality with a genuine willingness to support and collaborate with colleagues
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional under pressure and during busy shifts
• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and ordering platforms
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
• Food handling experience or demonstrated willingness to learn food safety protocols (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
