AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your Role As a part‑time Brand Ambassador you will bring our brand to life each day, providing an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with authenticity. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they need, using a friends‑first mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Adapt quickly between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as required. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates and contribute to a collaborative environment. Act with integrity and consistently follow AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Enjoy interacting with people. Full of energy and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
