What You’ll Do Provide chairside and clinical support during exams and procedures Take impressions for models and denture appliances Place and remove rubber dams or other isolation devices Ensure patient comfort and safety during appointments; communicate observations to the dentist Assist in discussing treatment plans with patients and act as a liaison between provider and patient Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms in compliance with infection control standards We Offer a Cadillac Benefits Package Eligible to apply for Loan Repayment Programs such as AHLRP Tuition Assistance (after 12 months of employment, up to $4,000/year) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time off (PTO) and 9 Paid Holidays Life Insurance 401(k) with up to 4% Employer Match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Requirements Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License Current CPR/BLS Certification Willing and able to travel to other MCHC sites for trainings, meetings, and/or to cover shifts as needed.
