This is a commission-only opportunity built for driven professionals who want freedom, control, and long-term upside .

Position Overview

1 Vision USA, one of ADT’s fastest-growing Premier Authorized Dealers, is expanding nationwide and actively hiring Sales Representatives and future Area Managers for our New Homeowner Program .

You will work directly with new homeowners daily using our CRM-driven lead system —targeted opportunities, not random cold calls. We train you on the pitch, equipment, sales process, and how to operate like an entrepreneur , not just a rep.

This is a 1099, commission-only role with uncapped income , clear leadership pathways, and zero ceiling for those who perform.

Realistic Income Expectations

• Entry / Developing Reps: $50,000–$70,000 annually

• Strong Producers: $100,000–$150,000+

• Top Performers: $200,000–$300,000+

• Uncapped commissions – no limits

We clearly show the pathway to earning more here than in a traditional 9–5 W2 role for motivated professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with new homeowners every day

• Running appointments and in-home presentations using our proven ADT system

• Managing opportunities through our CRM lead platform

• Educating homeowners on ADT security, smart home, and automation solutions

• Building income through personal production and optional leadership growth

Compensation & Support

• 1099 – Commission Only

• Average commission per sale: $500–$1,000

• Next-day pay options available

• As the company grows, additional incentives and rewards may become available

• Leadership overrides for those who build teams

• Health insurance pathway: partnered licensed health insurance agents to help reps obtain coverage

Training, Freedom & Culture

• In-field and virtual training

• Full product and equipment education

• Proven sales scripts and real coaching

• No coming into an office – field-based and independent

• No micromanagement – performance-driven, results matter, not clock-watching

• Ongoing mentorship from experienced producers

Schedule & Flexibility

• Residential field hours typically average 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Agents may start earlier or later as needed

• Monday–Friday

• Saturdays are optional and often the highest-producing day (3–4 hours)
