Oakwood Heights Village is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN basis.

PRN with NO minimum shift requirements. Pick up shifts when it works for you. There are no required weekends, no required holidays, and no set number of shifts you must work.

Whether you're looking for occasional shifts, extra hours or a flexible schedule, our PRN position gives you the freedom to work around your availability.

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned residents

• Administer medications and treatments

• Assist physicians with procedures as needed

• Reinforce healthcare instructions to residents and families

• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents

• Assist with unit management or assume charge when assigned

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania

• Strong clinical assessment skills

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing environment

New graduate LPNs are encouraged to apply.
