Program Manager – California HMO (JR191463) Location: Hybrid – requires 1‑2 days per week in‑office, plus virtual work. Applies only to candidates within reasonable commuting distance of the office. Job Level: Non-Management Exempt Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the development, approval, implementation and compliance of ongoing external client‑facing programs. Develop program budgets and ensure programs meet stated objectives. Provide subject‑matter expertise in response to day‑to‑day external client‑facing business issues. Research applicable practices and remain aware of industry trends. Manage external client‑facing relationships and partner with corporate and regional business areas. Coordinate training related to external client‑facing programs; develop program success measures and perform periodic assessments of program success. Create job aids for clinical and non‑clinical staff; document workflows. Ensure timely distribution and submission of compliance reports. Assist with DMHC & NCQA audits. Minimum Requirements BA/BS degree. Minimum 5 years of external client‑facing experience in program/project management (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences CA RN license strongly preferred. Experience working with California HMO programs strongly preferred. Project management experience preferred. Compensation Salary Range: $106,628–$166,896 (California). The range reflects legitimate, non‑discriminatory factors set by the Company and may be modified in the future; actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
