Job Duties and Responsibilities Responds promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate and helpful information. Listens actively to customer concerns, identifying underlying issues and clarifying needs to provide effective solutions. Resolves customer problems efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Manages customer relationships by building rapport and trust, fostering a positive experience with every interaction. Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, ensuring customers understand information and next steps. Navigates and utilizes CRM software to document interactions, track customer history, and manage cases effectively. Applies conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate challenging situations and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Demonstrates patience and professionalism, maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor even under pressure. Collaborates with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service processes. Educates customers on products, services, and policies, empowering them with knowledge. Required Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus. Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates strong customer service skills, consistently aiming for positive customer outcomes. Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and effective interactions. Applies active listening techniques to understand customer needs thoroughly. Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues. Understands principles of customer relationship management to foster loyalty. Shows empathy and understanding towards diverse customer situations. Applies conflict resolution skills to handle difficult customer interactions professionally. Proficiently uses CRM software and other relevant computer applications. Maintains patience and composure in fast-paced and challenging environments. Produces clear, concise, and professional written communication. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience with specific industry-related software. Ability to speak multiple languages. Physical Requirements/Work Conditions Performs work primarily in an office or remote setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting. Uses a computer and telephone extensively throughout the workday. Communicates verbally and in writing with colleagues and customers. Possesses the ability to concentrate for extended periods.
