Swim Instructor / Swim Teacher – Kids First Sports
Center (Training Provided!)

instructor team at Kids First Swim School in Cincinnati, OH!
What You’ll Love:
●Starting pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
●Flexible scheduling: Morning, afternoon, evening & weekend shifts available
●Seasonal and long-term availability — year-round, not just summer!
●Thorough training provided – no experience required!

What You’ll Do:
● Teach swim lessons for children ages 8 weeks and up
● Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment
● Communicate with parents and children to set achievable goals
● Build confidence and a love of the water in every student
● Maintain a clean and positive swim school environment
What We’re Looking For:
● A positive, dependable personality who loves working with kids
● Comfort in and around the water
● A team player who’s eager to learn and grow
● Previous teaching or swim experience is great — but not required!
