Digital Marketing Lead (Multi‑Brand Growth Role) Location: Chicagoland (Hybrid Preferred) Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 Base, Performance Bonuses (100k OTE) Growth Path: Digital Marketing Director About the Company TORQ Coatings is a fast‑growing concrete floor coatings company expanding across the Midwest. We specialize in high‑performance coating systems and deliver a premium customer experience through the TORQ Touch. We are building a portfolio of brands designed to dominate their markets through elite marketing, strong systems, and relentless execution. Opportunity We are looking for a highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager who can own and scale marketing across multiple brands, markets, and channels. This is a high‑impact role with a clear path to Digital Marketing Director. You won’t just execute—you’ll build, optimize, and help lead the marketing function as we scale. Your mission: drive profitable growth, build systems, and make every brand impossible to ignore. Responsibilities Paid Media (Multi‑Brand Execution) – Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, LSA), YouTube, and TikTok; manage campaigns across multiple brands; allocate budgets; test creatives, audiences and offers; optimize for CPL, CAC, and ROAS. Connected TV (CTV) – Launch and manage campaigns across Hulu, Roku, YouTube TV, and programmatic platforms; build geo‑targeted campaigns; integrate CTV into full‑funnel strategy; track performance through attribution and lift metrics. Media Buying & Partnerships – Work with outside partners and agencies to negotiate and execute media buys (TV, radio, and other channels); evaluate opportunities across traditional and digital channels; hold partners accountable to performance and ROI. Analytics & Performance – Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, and full‑funnel conversion rates; build dashboards across brands and markets; identify inefficiencies and scaling opportunities; own attribution and performance clarity. Website & Conversion Optimization – Optimize landing pages, funnels and user experience; A/B test messaging, headlines and CTAs; improve conversion rates across all brands. Automation & Systems – Build workflows using Zapier, CRM systems (Builder Prime or similar), SMS, and email; improve speed‑to‑lead and pipeline performance; ensure proper lead routing across brands and markets. Digital Presence & Brand Visibility – Ensure visibility across paid channels, search (SEO GBP), and web; expand reach across new platforms and markets; maintain consistency while adapting per brand. Strategy, Leadership & Growth – Own the digital marketing roadmap across all brands; allocate budgets dynamically based on performance; work directly with a visionary founder on growth strategy; build and document scalable marketing systems; hire, train, and lead future marketing team members; grow into a Digital Marketing Director role as the company scales. Qualifications 3 years in paid media/performance marketing. Proven experience managing multi‑channel campaigns. Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands preferred. Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, and tracking. Experience with Zapier or other automation tools. Website/CRO experience. Bonus: Home services or local lead generation experience. MUST HAVE: Hands‑on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) media buying experience with a proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns. Success Looks Like Improved CPL, CAC, and ROAS across brands.
