Senior Financial Analyst Experience: Senior Level Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year Job Details We are a privately held, multinational agricultural investment company seeking a self‑motivated and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our corporate Finance team. This role delivers financial modeling, analytical, and technical expertise to help the organization evaluate profitability, optimize value creation, and support long‑term strategic planning across a complex, diversified global portfolio. Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and investment decision‑making Lead variance analysis and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership Partner with operational and divisional teams to understand business performance drivers and translate findings into actionable insights Support the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, business case development, and capital appraisal as requested Monitor KPIs and evaluate financial performance against budget and forecast targets Mentor and support junior analysts within the finance team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus 4–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally within a large, complex organization Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non‑finance stakeholders High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment A bit about us: We are a privately held, multinational agriculture company with over 75 years of history and a long‑term commitment to sustainable land stewardship.
