Benefits: Permanent Position Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance HSA-eligible plan with employer contributions Basic and supplemental Life Insurance Long-term disability coverage 401(k) with up to 6% company match Generous PTO, sick time, and 9 paid holidays Shift differentials for applicable off-shifts Discretionary bonus program Job Details What You’ll Do Perform dimensional and visual inspections on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished components using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, optical comparators, and related precision instruments Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications per ASME Y14.5 GD&T requirements Verify product conformity to AS9100, ISO, customer, and regulatory quality standards Complete inspection records, traceability documentation, range forms, and FAIRs Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and AS9102 documentation activities Identify and document nonconforming conditions; collaborate with Production and Engineering on containment and corrective action Participate in root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives Support audits, customer visits, and quality system compliance activities Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior inspectors as needed What You Bring Quality inspection experience in aerospace, precision machining, or manufacturing Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints with GD&T proficiency Working knowledge of AS9100 Experience with a range of inspection devices including height gauges, surface plates, bore gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc. Experience in dimensional inspection, receiving inspection, visual inspection, and/or first article Interested in hearing more?
