Your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to build trust with patients help support quality diagnostic testing and positive healthcare outcomes.What You'll DoCollect blood specimens from patients using established phlebotomy proceduresPerform specimen collection and processing duties for both clinical and forensic testingAccurately label, prepare, and handle specimens for laboratory testingMaintain required documentation and records with a high level of accuracyProvide excellent customer service while creating a comfortable and professional patient experienceFollow safety, confidentiality, and quality standards at all timesWork independently while meeting daily productivity and operational expectationsWhat We're Looking ForA current, up-to-date resumeHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience requiredStrong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collectionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracyExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong keyboard and data entry skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionFlexibility to support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as neededAbility to meet compliance requirements (Allina credentialing required; vaccinations required: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test.
