YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR C-STORE MANAGER

You create a positive and professional environment by overseeing store operations and ensuring high standards of customer service and cleanliness. As the primary leader for C-Store clerks, you manage hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and adherence to company policies. You also handle store profitability and inventory by executing bi-weekly orders, maintaining stock levels, and utilizing the CS Minder program, while applying FIFO principles and calculating pricing to meet margins. Additionally, you ensure food service excellence through deli food preparation, weekly special menus, and compliance with safety guidelines. You maintain financial control with daily cash re-counts, manage equipment maintenance, authorize purchases, and communicate with the main office, serving as the after-hours contact and attending essential meetings.
