Seeking an EHS Analyst to support environmental compliance, workplace safety initiatives, and regulatory programs at its Lake Charles facility.
This is a highly visible role working directly with plant operations and maintenance teams to drive safety performance, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.
What You'll Do:
• Manage air, wastewater, and hazardous waste compliance programs
• Maintain environmental permits, reporting, and regulatory documentation
• Support Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work, Confined Space, and other life safety programs
• Conduct hazard assessments, incident investigations, and risk analyses
• Assist with process safety initiatives including PHA, PSSR, and MOC activities
• Support emergency response planning and training
• Deliver EHS training and promote a strong safety culture
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to improve safety and compliance
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
• 3-5+ years of EHS experience in chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, refining, or industrial environments
• Experience with environmental compliance, permitting, and reporting
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• CSP certification is a plus
