Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify an experienced mergers & acquisitions attorney with 10+ years of experience for its corporate business unit for its Scottsdale, AZ office.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including entity formation, governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents, and merger and acquisition documents.

• Represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types.

Qualifications

• Strong business development experience is a plus.

• Detail-oriented.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

• Demonstrated strong work ethic and professionalism.

• Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Active and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $275,000 – $300,000 (DOE)

• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
