Payroll Specialist-Full Cycle
Our client located in Marietta is looking to hire a Full Cycle Payroll Specialist. Duties include the following:
- Collecting, entering and maintaining data for weekly or bi-weekly processing, recording data for accounting reports, conducting ACH processing for direct deposits and performing some clerical duties.
- Strong knowledge in using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Work well with others internally and with clients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- SAGE/Timberline strongly preferred.
- Salary up to mid 40's
