Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Founding Clinical Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years as a certified BCBA, with proven leadership and supervisory experience. You will thrive in a startup environment and work autonomously to help establish and grow our clinical programs. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the executive team on the development and implementation of clinical programs in alignment with our mission and values. Oversee staff onboarding and training to ensure clinical excellence. Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development for clinical staff, including BCBA candidates, BCaBAs, and RBTs. Monitor supervision metrics across the clinic to ensure BACB compliance. Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports. Develop and monitor skill acquisition plans, behavior intervention plans, and caregiver support plans. Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians. Conduct functional assessments, functional analyses, or IISCAs as needed. Perform documentation audits, including session notes, reports, and treatment plans. Qualifications Certified BCBA with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience. Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical standards. Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a high degree of autonomy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
