Currently we're looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our amazing community home care team, to coordinate physical therapy visits to clients in their home in the Rochester area. - Development and implementation of a physical therapy program that focuses on rehabilitation
- Working directly with clients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluating effects of therapy treatment and communicate clients' progress
- Record and document client services
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve well-rounded care
- Current Minnesota licensure
- New Grads encouraged to apply
- Rochester, MN area.
