Tenstorrent is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to help scale the engineering teams building the future of AI compute. In this 12‑month contract role , you’ll partner closely with software engineering leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across AI, machine learning, systems software, and related technical domains. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast‑moving environment while helping shape the teams behind next‑generation AI infrastructure. This role is hybrid, based out of Austin, TX. Who You Are Experienced technical recruiter with 5+ years of success hiring software engineers, AI/ML talent, systems engineers, hardware engineers, or other highly specialized technical profiles. Share market intelligence, recruiting best practices, and operational insights that help improve hiring outcomes across the broader recruiting team. Experience recruiting in a high‑growth AI company where speed, technical depth, and creativity all play a critical role in success. Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
