What We’re Looking For:

• Valid, active LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of two years of LPN experience
• Previous LPN experience in a school-based setting required
• Proven ability to work effectively with elementary-age children
• Comfortable and confident in urban school environments
• Reliable attendance and personal transportation
• Willing and able to obtain/complete required Pennsylvania clearances
• Flexible with changing assignments or caseloads
• Ready to participate in a Zoom interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily pediatric nursing care to elementary students
• Administer medications and provide emergency interventions as needed
• Assist with individualized health care plans and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and district protocols
• Adapt to the unique needs of a fast-paced, urban school
