Join our team at Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, full-time and part-time opportunities are available with same day pay.

Available shifts:

• 8 hours shifts: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM
• 12 hours shifts: 7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM

Pay rate: $18-$26 an hour (all inclusive)

Shift differentials:

• $1.50 for 3 PM-11 PM on weekdays
• $2 for 3 PM-11 PM on weekends

No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
