Job Title: Registered Nurse

Description:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care for all age groups.
Conducts assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments.
Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
Performs duties and responsibilities consistent with mission and values.
Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
May be required to work differing schedules or shifts as per patient care needs.
Involves significant physical demands including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
High risk exposure to blood and body fluids is present in this role.
Maintains accountability for provision of patient care.
Supports patients post trauma, surgical interventions, and with medical comorbidities.
Engages in a collaborative environment to optimize patient care and comfort.
Maintains professional standards and follows established guidelines of nursing practice.
