JOB DESCRIPTION Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full Time Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Paramus. What Your Day Might Look Like Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient‑centered treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed Principal Accountabilities Patient evaluation Establishing plans of care and treatment programs Providing interventions, patient and family education, and documentation Billing appropriately Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation Participates in orientation of new staff members; serves as a clinical instructor for students Exercises independent judgment of moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision Qualifications New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program (new grads welcome).
