The Opportunity We’re hiring a General Manager to launch and lead our new Portland location. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building out the team, driving sales and production, and delivering on Integrity’s commitment to excellence at every level. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, support sales growth, ensure quality installation and customer satisfaction, and serve as a key representative of the Integrity brand in this new market. This is not a behind‑the‑scenes leadership role. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front—comfortable in homes, on job sites, in the warehouse, and alongside crews. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with team members while also managing key business operations. You won’t be building in a vacuum—our Poulsbo team will provide hands‑on support and serve as a training and operational resource. You’ll have access to the systems, processes, and proven models that have driven Integrity’s success, along with a team that’s invested in helping you get this new location off the ground. What You’ll Do Lead and manage all aspects of the Portland branch including sales, project supervision, production, and warehouse coordination. Hire, train, and coach team members to perform at a high level and represent the Integrity brand. Own branch‑level P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth through smart leadership and execution. Maintain strong field visibility and be actively involved in daily operations and job sites. Ensure cross‑functional alignment between sales, operations, and customer service. Act as the primary site leader , serving as the go‑to for staff support and escalation. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in roofing is a must. 3+ years of experience in a leadership role with multi‑functional oversight (sales, operations, etc.). Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑like environment. A hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset with a clear bias toward action. Excellent communication and people leadership skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, project management systems, and scheduling software preferred.
