This role is available for both 1st and 2nd shifts and involves applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces. Responsibilities include: Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling cracks and holes. Mix, match, and apply paints, stains, and varnishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Protect surrounding areas and furniture with drop cloths and masking tape. Inspect painted surfaces for quality and correct any imperfections. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently. Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. Compensation Factors: Your specific pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and relevant certifications. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a painter. Knowledge of painting techniques and procedures. Familiarity with painting tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and precision. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
