Responsibilities Be a key member of the BD team who works on top pursuits and contributes to company growth Self starter who is able to successfully build teams and implement Win Strategy Meet with customers to learn their key requirements and show how AMERICAN SYSTEMS can meet their needs Work across the company to develop and implement win strategies to increase competitive advantages on bids and best position AMERICAN SYSTEMS Leads and negotiates teaming agreements and strategic alliances Work with the Solutions team to develop competitive solutions that meet customer requirements and hit the Price to Win Advise and support other capture efforts by supporting color team reviews Understanding of legislative process Existing relationships with outside stakeholders to include key customers and community stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant business, technical, or professional field of study 10 years total experience in federal government procurement Proven track record of successful captures in Government Contracting Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $17,500.00/Yr. - USD $28,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
